Refund & Exchange Policy

At HairToque Boutique SA, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We take pride in maintaining the highest level of quality control to ensure that our clients receive premium-quality human hair wigs, extensions, and lace systems.

Due to the hygienic nature and customization of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. However, exchanges may be considered subject to the following terms and conditions:

Exchange Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your wig upon delivery, you may request an exchange within 3 business days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:
Be unused and unworn
Remain in its original packaging
Not be altered, restyled, washed, or tampered with
Have the lace uncut and untouched
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wigs with cut lace
Customized, bleached, tinted, or plucked lace
Restyled or used wigs
Products removed from their original condition or packaging
Lace frontal wigs and lace closure wigs that have been customized in any way, including bleaching, tinting, cutting, or plucking, are strictly non-exchangeable.
Wig Measurements & Sizing
Wig cap sizes are created according to the measurements provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate head measurements.
If incorrect measurements are provided and the wig requires remaking or resizing, an additional remake fee will apply.
Shipping & Exchange Costs
All shipping, courier, and exchange-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HairToque Boutique SA will not be liable for return shipping expenses.
